Neutral Services In addition to mediating and arbitrating our own clients’ claims, our attorneys have served as mediators and arbitrators in numerous construction disputes. Both Al Cohen and Jim Bain have been members of the construction panel of the American Arbitration Association for 20 years. They have served as AAA arbitrators and as private arbitrators, both as the sole arbitrator and as part of a three-person panel. Mr. Bain also serves as a mediator in construction disputes. Wes Howard has been an arbitrator in securities disputes for more than 10 years. He is usually contracted through the National Association of Securities Dealers, but is also available to serve as a private mediator or arbitrator.
