Janet Lawler McDaniel Janet McDaniel is a construction law attorney, representing businesses and construction professionals involved in the construction and real estate industries. Janet’s clients include property owners, developers, general contractors, homeowners associations, design professionals, material suppliers and subcontractors in all types of construction disputes and in contract review, drafting and negotiation. Janet has represented clients in all phases and types of dispute resolution, ranging from mediation to litigation and arbitration. In addition to her wealth of legal experience, Janet also brings 15 years of industry experience to her representation of clients. She has worked for general contractors in both Florida and Colorado, as a Project Executive, Project Manager and Project Engineer. She also worked as a private construction management consultant. Janet’s clients find this experience and her familiarity with the construction process to be very helpful. She is familiar with contract language, the roles of the parties involved, construction plans, and construction schedules.
