Elisabeth P. Mankamyer emankamyer@bbhlegal.com Beth Mankamyer practices in real estate transactions and corporate law, focusing on real estate development and business formation. Beth also practices in mechanics lien law and construction defect law. Beth also has a specialty in representing dentists and dental practices in entity formation, corporate law and property transactions such as leases. An active member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, Beth is part of the Developing Leaders program and sits on the Community Relations Committee. She regularly participates in educational events including the NAIOP Careers in Real Estate University Outreach program and community service projects in the Denver Metro area, including those benefitting the Denver Children’s Home. Beth graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder. While in law school, she was President of the Construction and Real Estate Law Association, Editor-in-Chief of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy, Secretary of the Class of 2009, Event Coordinator of the Women’s Law Caucus, and the recipient of the James N. Corbridge Initiative Award. Beth is originally from Bothell, WA and enjoys skiing, traveling, gardening, hiking, attending Rockies games, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
