Tracy A. Davis tdavis@bbhlegal.com Tracy Davis is licensed to practice in Colorado and Massachusetts state and federal courts, where she primarily represents parties to business disputes. Tracy’s current practice focuses on real estate and construction litigation and contracting, where she represents construction contractors, subcontractors, materials suppliers, home builders and developers. Tracy also regularly represents clients in matters involving general contract law, commercial disputes, trademark litigation and securities law. Tracy is experienced in mediation and contract negotiations, successfully working with clients to negotiate effective contracts and to settle disputes before they become litigation. Tracy currently is on the Board of Directors and serves as the Treasurer of the Academy of Urban Learning, a Denver charter school. Prior to attending law school, Tracy was a college professor and field hockey and lacrosse coach. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, skiing, art, photography and travel. Practice Areas
